who is this marvel character?

I recently got two marvel figures and I can't seem to figure out who they are.

1. Man with long blonde hair, 2 braids over his shoulder, short ponytai in back & goatee. Blue eyes.
He's dressed in mostly gray with arm & leg spikes/blades. He has a silver belt and the crotch of his pants is blue.
Looks like he may have had something that attached to his back, though I don't have it.

2. Cyborg man with red arms & mask, purple body & metal legs. Cyborg arm gun on right arm. Glasses with 1 green eye. Long white ponytail.
Purple star shape on forehead of his red mask.
