Base figure Ideas !!!!

Hey boils and ghoules ,

Little help please ????
Been looking over the site and I`m constantly impresssed !
I need some help finding the best base figures for some customs i`m working on ,
I already have some ideas but wanted some more input ....
TMNT from the old cartoon / figure line

A better ray fillet/manray base
Super Shredder
Rocksteady
Bebop
Tatsu
Foot clan

and any other random guys /gals you can think of , any help would be really appreciated , even better if i already have the base figure (check my fodder trades)

I'm planning to use a ML Betta Ray Bill for Ray Fellet. I've seen the HML Thor used for Super Shredder. A mortal combat Sub Zero would work ok for Tatsu. Batman Mask of Tengu for the Footsoldiers. Four Horsemen sevent kingdom figures would be great for Bebop and Rocksteady.

I only just found out the other day that Beta ray bill has that extra shoulder articulation thingy

I was sad that that joint never became standard for Toy Biz Marvel Legends.
