What TMNT figure is this????

Been driving myself crazy trying to figure out who this is??? on bottom it says "2008 mirage studios playmates toys" so i assume its TMNT any help is greatly appreciated.

Well it is a TMNT figure but without seeing it or hearing a description I have no way of figuring out which one.
You'll be lucky if you're one of the few to find someone who can tolerate you.

The only 2008 Playmates Turtle figures I could find that you wouldn't obviously be able to identify as one of the turtles would be one of the monsters from the movie (or a made up one) that they packaged in a small two-pack, the figures seem to be about 3" tall or something, and I'm guessing they're just PVC figures judging from the size.
