Here's one to think about. Feel free to disagree with me but....
to do a kick arse Juggernaut I always thought that the body should have been CGI and have Mel Gibson play as the head/face underneith the helmet.
Mel has an intense eye thing going on and I think he could pull off the villian-bully aspect of the character.I know it seems a little "out there" but just imagine it for a second-with his hair dyed red and his voice.

Makes sense to me. He can go on a drunken anti-mutie rant and go on and on about how mutants run Hollywood
