Ok, so I have a HML two-pack Tony Stark head that I want to put on a DCUC body, but the opening on the Stark head is way too big for a DCUC neck peg. What's the best way to make this work without losing mobility of the head. Do I try to fill the opening more of the head more? Make the the neck peg bigger with some sculpt? Give up? Any thoughts ideas appreciated in advance.

What I do is fill the opening in the head with hot glue then made a new hole in it and heat popped it onto the dcuc body.

That's definately the easiest way. If you fill the head with sculpt, you have to drill it out relatively precisely for a snug fit. No heat and slip possibility. Filling it with 5 minute casting resin is the best way I've found, but not everybody works with it. Don't bother trying to build up the peg as not much sticks to that plasyic or would survive the pressure without just breaking off. With the hot glue, remember to work the head around before it's completely cooled or it might bond. Hope that helps. T

Thanks, guys. I found the glue gun in the garage but still looking for a glue sticks in there.

If all else fails dollar stores usually have glue sticks for the gun.

Well, hasn't gone exactly as planned. I'd already sanded off Tony's mullet and sculpted on a slicker hair, so when I drilled the new hole I went a little too deep and now he really does have a hole in the head, lol. After I started all this I popped off a head from a Cap Movie Nick Fury and noticed it has the same giant ball neck peg. Anyone know if those pegs inside the chest fit in a DCUC body? Would rather know before I tear him all apart. If not I'll try the glue some more but having a hard time getting it to work right.

From what I've seen, they are usually different mechanisms inside the chest. If you can't get it, you can send it over and I'll fill it with plastic. PM me if you're interested.

That's a super-cool offer but I think I got a handle on it. Stays on pretty good now, head can move side to side. LMK what you guys think:
