So first comes transformers. I didn't think this was too bad I mean sure I had a bunch of gripes. PLENTY! but all and all I didn't HATE any of the transformers films. I was entertained by all three at the very least (the second had its moments). But this....this is too far! This is STUPID this is pointless.This is just plain wrong and I will not stand for it without saying something...

I'm with you on this Michael Bay must be stopped, yeah the first two TFs were passable but the third just about did enough to ruin it all for me. Now I'm all for a new TMNT movie but please................not like this

Laird isn't, Eastman is involved. From what the director, Jonathan Liebesman, has said, the ooze/mutagen is going to be of alien origin just like it always has been. (Krang/Utroms gave the ooze formula to Stockman who subsequently lost a container of it) Basically Micheal Bay, who is only the producer, doesn't know jack about the movie, or anything else for that matter.

Aliens invade Earth and inadvertently spawn a quartet of mutated reptile warriors, the Ninja Turtles, who rise up against them to defend the world.

I really hope that is true, I can handle the Turtles fighting against aliens. I would like to at least see by the Foot Clan and Shredder by the end of the film, sequel bait?

Calling Ninja Turtles makes sense to me, it avoids confusion with the 1990 film or the 2007 film while retaining the property identity and many people have been shortening it to Ninja Turtles for years.
