Mystery figure

A while ago I purchased this loose 6" military-type action figure. It has great details, decent articulation & very cool accessories (vest & assault rifle). I'm curious about this figure. The guy who sold it to me can't give me an answer.

I remember these I think there made by Plan - B , they had a whole military line and police line also terrorist line of figures with cool vests and rifles & pistols.
I hope Im remembering correctly SPECIAL FORCES MERCENARY GUNMAN 2002 PLAN B TOYS is the one you have .

It is I checked on eBay .

Looks like the beast from the last few xmen toy biz lines they did before they did the legends my guess is around the water series they did. Also check the toy archive on the realm .
