Making A shield

Hi guys looking for some help ,

Tring to make a shield for my cap ,us agent and a few others but dont know where to start ,
In the UK and most castings I`ve seen dont have the cap shield ..any help would be great

DMC is the only one I knew of who offered the shield in their catalog and he is currently closed til further notice. The thing about the catalog is many do not realize that casters do take special orders when you email them about it. All you would probably need to do is ask. I've had several casting shops ask me if I wanted them to cast things when I really hadn't asked. Many customizers do their own casting as well, that is easily searched on the sidebar in the showcase. I'm sure one of these great realmers will take you up on that. Good luck bro!

You could capture a picture from the web, and manipulate it in PhotoShop or another photo massager to get it the right size. I copy the picture many times on the same page in Microsoft Word, then size them all differently. 1 inch, 1.1 inch, 1.2 inch. Then print them on a laser printer. (I do it at work.)

Then find an appropriate surface to glue it to. A ping-pong ball or something thin and curved. Glue down with white glue. When dry, touch it up with a paint brush, or paint over the entire thing.

I did this with a Flash logo for his chest and it looks fine (by my low-low standards).

The beauty here is you can have any size or shape you want.
