He is a bit tall. He measures 6 3/4 inches or 17 mm

That is after I changed out his crotch joints with balls that join in the middle and not point upward.

Also: The guy at walmart claims he say the 6inch spiderman figures at Toys R Us!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He also claims customers have told him that the Avenger 6inch figures have been seen at Toys R Us also!

I am pretty sure he is talking about those dorky web battlers spiderman toys, the ML ones haven't hit the US yet. I would also be very surprised it TRU got a Walmart exclusive.

It is my understanding that other stores can get exclusives as long as they are willing to pay a mark-up(which most are not) on the cost(basiclly to pay-off/bribe Walmart). Which means you will see hike in the price at that store, but then again if you can find it at wal-amrt some would be willing to pay the mark up. If I'm not mistaken BBTS has cases of Avengers figures, but the cost is $50+ more then getting the case from Wal-mart....and I don't think they are selling loose.

I have found WalMart exclusives at Toys R Us before, so I can confirm it. They're much more expensive, so unless if someone's desperate for the figure it's really not worth it. My Toys R Us recently put some older Walmart exclusives on their shelves from the first Iron Man movie. I believe I paid a little over $17 a piece (bought my fiance a War Machine for her birthday, otherwise I'd have walked away)

Interesting... I Had not heard of that before.
I could see TRU paying the markup and passing the markup cost onto the shoppers, They love messing with prices.

i wish we could get a really cool line of comic spidey figures with more baddies, like the lines they made a few years ago,but spidey seems to be getting overlooked when it comes to new cool well articulated figures...but who needs articulation on spiderman anyways?its not like he is ultrta flexable or anything ;)

Really digging the MS Spider-Man. Most of the Spiddo-Dude figures for this movie have been a disappointment so far (though I do like the 20 point articulation Spiddo-Dude in MU scale, even if his eyes are the wrong color!) so it's nice to see something that's worthy to be hunted down.

Nice! I was wondering, how tall is he compared to ml figures? And how articulated or pose able is he?

I'm pretty sure he is actually shorter than most ms figs and from looking at him I'd say 20+ points of articulation?

I agree. I'm trying to stay open-minded about the new costume, but I just don't understand why you'd want YELLOW for his eyes? IT'S THE MOST RECOGNIZABLE PART OF HIS COSTUME! Well, aside from the spider, I guess. I haven't seen any 6" figures, but at least the 3.75" guys are looking nice. I don't collect anything that size, but I admire the variety in costumes, and the articulations looks about on par with any ML line.

I really hope the extremely minor Catwoman variant doesnt have a dif piece from the other.

series one only has 3 figures the three we have now. Commissioner Gordon who is walmart exclusive will have a variant piece and series 2 will have the remaining three characters and three pieces.

I am theorizing wave two will have a spoiler so they are staying tight lipped till after the movie. then again that is only a theory

A walmart near me said I missed the commish by 5 minutes! ](*,)

Gordon and Catwoman are floating around. One of my wal-marts said I too missed Gordon AND Catwomn by a few minutes. A well-known scalper picked the both out of the 2 cases they had, and the worker told me he's only seen 1 of each per case :doubt:

I have the same preoblems here, that's why I got to Walmart early to get the exclusives.
