that vehicle in the 1st pictures is from mystic knights, one of my favorite toy lines as a kid

The guy with the cowboy hat and bandana on his face is The Shadow. comic book character and there was a movie in the 90s. That figure is a deluxe electronic bullerpeoof The Shadow made by Kenner. There is one up on Ebay.

The knight figurine is probably Playskool or Fisher Price.
The 2 Spidey comic cover boxes are either 90's Secret Compartment "Print Gum" Containers or 90's Mini/Micro "Pocket Comics" Playsets.

Thanks Spoon i looked him up but it turns out that loose he's not worth much and i still have the guns that he came with too!
