Can Anyone ID This Figure?

During one of our usual stops looking for fodder, we happened upon what appeared to be an old He-Man toy. It has no markings/writing on it whatsoever, but is in the same style as the late 80s He-Man stuff, and since I'm not really a fan of He-Man, I'm not sure what it is. All I've determined is that you can pull it upwards about an inch at the waist and it is nice in water to be squirted out from a small hole between his eyes. Wondering if anyone had any clue as to what this bizarre looking thing is? Thanks.

I looked through the archives over on He-Man.org, it doesn't appear to be an official figure from the original Masters of the Universe line. It is either a foreign release or a well made bootleg. Might be worth asking on their forums what that guy is from.

Yes, yes it is. Lol honestly I have no idea, it appears to be some kind of silver gauntlet thing, just horribly designed; I mean, a metal oven mitt would just end up burning you worse right?
