I can't help but to be a little concerned about the spider man figs. Even this morning there is not even one figure on eBay. If they were being released then they would surely be on eBay.

I did buy the ML spider man and it's totally cool. I did how ever do a crotch ball implant so his legs have the proper range of motion, and I might buy another to cut up and make it shorter to better fit my legends.

They have only been released in Australia, which is why they are not on our ebay.

i may be wrong but i think it says "epic heros" at the top right corner just under the marvel universe logo...so maybe it is a baf-less wave after all,but then again you cats are right they may just be playin with us until the official reveal if the figs,i really really hope thier is a baf,thats one of the main reasons i ordered a case,bbts said there would be one its juts not announced as of yet anyone have any close up clear pics? and it looks like one of the punishers guns is not painted and the new mutants chick only comes with valkyries spear?they cant be dont with them yet,this cant be it...

She rulkie, iron fist, archangel, protector (fanto body), sentry, and I think another cap are wave 4
The she rulkie and archangel are def 6 inch and the pics show spring 2013 release

I like that gun with punisher, love the sniper rifle with mystique, and moonstar is pictured with a spear, a bow, and an arrow

Latest news is the wave was never intended to have a BAF, As it was just an added wave to tide collectors over for the year since the first 2 waves released so quickly.
Wave 1 of 2013 will have a return to BAF, But supposedly with some "changes"...

Looks like every figure in this wave has a variant or a running change with the exception of Iron Fist (And his stupid spidey hand).
Hyperion was just revealed today and by the looks of his body (Same as Sentry) it's probably a running change.

Wave 3 and BAF due out spring 2013.
