Custom rejection?

Why was Anthony's Customs Lady Deadpool v2 and Shredder v2 rejected when he submitted them to the showcase?
Is there a guideline or some rule that was broken?

Those customs were rejected because, by Anthony's own admission they followed the exact same recipe as their respective v1 custom. Exact recipe customs are considered duplicate submissions. Here's what it says on the custom submission page:

Do not submit duplicate work. Resubmitting the same customs with different pictures, submitting group photos of customs that have already been submitted, or submitting different customs that have the same finished look are all considered duplicate work.
