What do you mean? If he doesn't mind, I don't see why there should be a problem. Are you trying to make te figure of him in real life? Or of him as a video game/comicbook character?

You should definitely do it! It's one of the greatest things a customizer can do for someone. I mean, not just anyone has their own action figure.
