What or Who's head is that? It doesn't look like Wolfman's head?

Could you modify it some? Like sculpt out a small snout or something?

I saw this whip Elsewhere and I've seen this head on a figure before...but no clue who or what it was. I thought someone here could let me know. I think it's a one of spiderman classics figures...but if it is, I can't find it.
