WWE Elite legs

What Up Realmers? Quick question, How do you switch legs on the Mattel WWE Elite figures? I wanted to switch some out and didn't know if the boil & pop would work on those or if they are hard plastic? I know figures like the Marvel Legends with the hip balls can be heated up and then popped from the peg but wasn't sure if the WWE figures were the same way since they are constructed differently.

No, they're not pegs. The crotch has to come apart.

Yes the boil and pop works. It's a little harder to get off than a ML though.

Thanks for the quick replies OJJ & GS! I know that the piece connecting the hip to the crotch doesn't look like it would hold up to too much force. I wanted to switch some of the legs with pants to one of the other torsos and just wanted to see if it was possible.

I should clarify. The legs can be boil and popped from the hips, but you have to dissassemble the groin to get the hips out. This should help.

Helps me. I thought they were disc pivot types like waist joints. Good to know.

Awesome GS!! Thats exactly what I was looking for. Most of the hips all look fairly smooth so I think I should be able to get by without having to switch those. Good to know how to go about it just in case though. How hard was it to pop the legs from the hips?

It wasn't too bad. A bit harder than a ML, but still doable. Using a small spoon or screwdriver to help pop the leg off usually works for me. If it seems like it doesn't want to come off heat it up a bit more, that normally does the trick.

Cool! I'll have to try it. Those are some monster pegs though! Cracking open the waist and switching the whole assembly might be the way to go.
