need some help on some things

so i need some help with a few things but rather than post a few seperate questions i figured i would post em all in the same place.
#1 i am making a custom scare crow and need a way for him to distribute fear gas without making a glove like arkham asylum
#2 how do i tighten arm joints on a dcuc figure that i cracked open
#3 how log does it usually take ck castings to mail something?

1. I suppose you could give the scarecrow a gas gun, or gas bombs but I prefer the movie style wrist gun.
2. You can use the super glue method to tighten the joint, simply drip a little on, then continue to move the joint till it dries, keep doing this process till the joint is tight.

I'd either only use the ML lower legs, or cut and glue at the hips, otherwise you will half to switch the entire lower torso at the waist.

torsos dont match up i mat cut the pegs and use screws

I'm also wondering how long it takes CK Castings to mail out stuff. I ordered a few guns from him awhile back and he hasn't mailed them nor replied to my emails.
