Whats the best way to make seams for a Deadpool? is there a tutorial? i also need a good holser tutorial.

Strip styrene is a good way to go. I've also heard of people shaving insulation from wires and using that. Fish line is another one, but frankly it can be a pain to work with. Also certain kinds of dental floss work very well.
