I was a smoker for almost 10 years on and off and when I met my current girl friend I was smoking almost a pack and a half a day plus using those SNU packs when I couldn't smoke. I ended up just smoking my last cig and never bought another pack. I haven't had a smoke in something like 3 years now. It was the hardest thing I have ever had to do and I was super angry for a while lol. There are still times when I want one but I just don't. Anyone can quit, it's just a matter of will power.

16 years and now two months without , i agree with everything you said , it's all a matter of wanting to do it and being stubborn.
