With a lot of sanding, Neca's Sin City Marv might work. I'm actually having the same problem with my Ganondorf custom, I may just try my hand at sculpting the head.

I was actually looking into him, but I ended up just sculpting the head. I was gonna post pics, but I think I will keep it a surprise.
