Hello, I've been searching for a specific type of jacket in the 6-7 inch scale and I believe I've finally found it. Problem is, I can't tell the base figure it comes from and was hoping someone could help Identity it.

Looks like a David tennant Dr.who coat to me.

Yes, after searching "trench coat" in the custom search description, I found another custom who used the same coat and provided the name of the base figure.
