I just installed LEDs in my Sentinel's eyes and was thinking, do Apocalypse's eyes glow? I was looking at pictures on Wikipedia and in some it seems they do, but they have them glowing different colors. One has him younger with white eyes and another has him with red eyes.

So my question do they glow and if so, what color?

Uh, no, they're not supposed to glow. I saw an x-23 in the wal-mart and the apocalypse's eyes were just painted. Maybe the black variant has see-through eyes?

No... I mean the character in general. I saw comic pictures of him with glowing eyes.

Nah, they don't glow. Pretty much every character has been drawn with glowing eyes in the comics.

I would say go for it. I'd like to see a 16" Apocalypse with red-glowing eyes! I think that would be cool and make him look more evil or whatnot. >=0D

eh... Nevermind. I don't see that working well. I thought his head was like the Sentinels, but it's like regular figures.

But... I might still do it. If I only put the LEDs in his head and run the wires through to his chest cavity I think it might work out.

where are you getting the led lights at how easy would it be to install in a 12" transformers chest?

I got the LEDs from a guy in Hong Kong who sells them cheap on eBay directly from the factory. I don't know how easy it would be to install. Can you post a picture of the transformer so I could take a guess? Send one of the chest and the seams that hold it together.

Use button-cell batteries, Shin. That way they will fit anywhere!

Apocalypse has enough space inside him for a 9V battery! It's crazy! I've popped him apart and I'm working on him right now. I'll post pictures of the process and when I'm done.

Muuuhahahaha!!!! Bow before the mighty Apocalypse's upper torso and head!

Here's how I did it:

DO NOT USE A 9Volt battery UNLESS YOU USE A RESISTOR You will blowup your LEDs, literally they will smoke, pop and explode.

sorry about the typos, I've been doing this for about 2 hours and I stabbed myself good with the wrong end of an LED.\
