that has to be a custom of some sort or its an import figure. I'd rather he be a bit more mecha style lol.

Its nothing special...just a lame 90's Spider-man the made to appeal to kids...kinda like soccer spidey or aqua armor spidey...I see him from time to time at Goodwill...

I remember those things actually...there were a few Marvel figures done like that, and it seems like I used to have one. Can't remember what they were called for the life of me though.
