Mortal Kombat 9 (Jazwares) - 6" Scale
Rated 4.00 stars by Zman12bat
Overall, this figure is a great representation of sub-zero in mk 9, however, the color paint is lacking on a lot of places. Besides that, articulation is great....[See More]

Rated 5.00 stars by Optimus Primer
Hello custom-crazy figure fanatics! Today I will be reviewing Battle Shell Donatello! This figure has a detailed sculpt and great paint apps. These are my preferred Nick turtles because of the cartoon-accurate sculpts. And getting extra weapons is just a bonus!...[See More]

Talon
Designer Series (DC Collectibles) - Greg Capullo's Batman - Series 1
Rated 5.00 stars by BobTheEgg
I love this figure! The Talons, just recently introduced to Batman's world, are without question some of his most formidable opponents and this figure displays their hostility. Armed to the teeth with knives and swords - and even a Court Of Owls Mask (customizers, take note,) the articulation and detail on the Talon are some of the best I've ever seen. DC Collectibles has really raised the bar with this beautiful rendition. There are so many weapons! I just can't believe it. It's like a GI Joe. I know this is far-fetched, but I'm hoping that DC keeps making Talons like Felix Harmon (The Gotham Butcher) and Calvin Rose. If you see this figure, I strongly suggest you pick him up. If not... the Court of Owls has sentenced you to die!...[See More]

I've bought several of them, some for MIB, some display only, others for custom projects! Another one DC made (all versions of Deathstroke...lol) is the Son of Batman Deathstroke. If you love Talon, this is a good Deathstroke! (Not that they've made a bad one ever...lol)
Deathstroke (Masked)
DC Universe Classics (Mattel) - Wave 3
Rated 5.00 stars by daredevil96's Sidekick Studio
YES! This is the best Deathstroke figure ever! Same articulation as any other DCU figure. He has great detail in sculpt and his suit is based on the contemporary Teen Titains from 2003. He comes with many different weapons!...[See More]

Painting eyes are the most fun part next to skin tone. You can use a super thin brush but I prefer toothpicks (it gets into smaller places). Go to the tutorials on the customs page. There are two tutorials called "painting eyes" and "painting a head". That's where I learned. Good luck

Spider-Man (Toy Biz) - Venom - Planet of the Symbiotes
Rated 5.00 stars by The Composer
My first Venom figure ever! Loved the colors and the sculpt. I never knew it was a variant of the BLACK Venom the Madness...which I later bought. With the great sculpt, popping heads, and size, this figure is a must for any Venom fan....[See More]

The Green Variant is one of three versions of the "Venom the Madness Figure."

The variants include: A yellow/honey-like translucent version ($$$), Green Variant ($$), and Original Black Version ($).
The translucent variant is RARE and only packaged in a Spider-Man 2000 2-pack made available in Canada. I almost had one but it slipped through my fingers. Oy...

I have the black version and the green version of Venom the Madness. We bought them years ago when a toy dealer told us that the green one was an error and would be worth something some day. They are still in the box. The green one is in a box with the UPC 3511247241 - the same as the box for the black one which has the UPC 3511247241. Both have item numbers 47241 on the boxes. Was this a manufacturer misprint and is it worth something?

Galadriel (Lady of Light)
Lord of the Rings - Trilogy (Toy Biz) - Fellowship of the Ring - Series 1
Rated 4.99 stars by Dr Nightmare
Remember back in the mid 90's when every toy line seemed to have at least one light-up figure in their assortment? You'd press the button on Cyclops's back to light his visor and he's knock down a building, remember that? What ever happened to the light-up toys? Toy Biz knows what kids want so they had a few LOTR figures have a fancy light feature, like the Evanstar Arwen and this Entranced Galadriel. Dark Galadriel hovers a little over 6 1/2 inches, like many of the other elven-folk in the LOTR series. Her skin is a very pale light-green and her face has an amazed or surprised expression. Her hands are nicely sculpted. They look like she's casting a spell. Both hands have long nails but only the right wears a silver ring. Her long hair is made of clear, silvery, soft, flexible...[See More]
