NEST RoTF Line in PA

Posted in Action Figure Chatter

Just a heads up that the new line of Transformers is hitting PA. THese figs were supposed to be out at Christmas time but of course Hasbro is late to deliver. This line features Brawn, Bludgeon, Dirge, and a few repaints.

Yeah I have folks looking for teh arcee for me. She's gonna be a pain to get though. I'm waiting a bit until the xmas stupidity wears off and walmarts to get new stuff to look for bludgeon and brawn.

Trust me Seph you won't be disappointed in Bludgeon I know the original was a pretender figure but man the closeness between the 2 is AMAZING Bludgeon and Animated arcee are 2 figs that fit in perfect with G1

NEST was the name of the HUman/ TRansformers alliance in the movie it really has little to nothing to do with the actual toys.

Bludgeon and Brawn are TRULY AWESOME and I believe they are examples of Universe figures being released under the ROTF banner. Take it from someone who is old enough to understand and join Sephiroth when it comes to importing/buying G1 figures but young enough to appreciate the new stuff to those are 2 figs Fans should not pass on.

P.S the new NEST figures are part of a mail away campaign buy 3 mail away the barcode get a free ROTF Ravage repaint.

everyone thinks I'm odd for buying import g1 reissues and their version of the classics line but at least Takara knows what fans want.

These I might have to look into getting if they get them in around here. I think the lack of sales finally got Hasbro's attention.

Brawn looks like his old self and come with guns. I remember reading that lots of TF fans complained about the RoTF toys looking like wires and crap so the went with a more classics look to the new figures. Each has hands feet and weapons. Weapons can be used by other bots too which is alwats good.

Well Bludgeon is a tank and he transforms into his Pretender like shell, so I guess it's kinda reversed.

I haven't seen them. Just tired of Ironhide repaints and bludgeon wihtout a pretender shell sounds meh have to wait and see. Walmart'll never get them around here lol

I saw the NEST figures at Walmart the other day, but they didn't have Bludgeon, and that's the only one that's actually good looking and pays good homage to the original Pretender.

Are they nice looking or the usual ROTF junk?
