Ok so im doin another Samus Aran figure, I have a better camera now and can take some better photos. This is as far as I got. Still needs to be smoothed out and sanded a bit,

but I'm trying to figure out a way to make the shoulder armor and not limit the arm movement.

ANY IDEAS?

Well you've seen how Samus's huge round shoulder pads are...

Thats my first version, I just sculpted around the shoulder socket. so She really couldnt move her arm that much. Doing that took half of her arm movement range. I wanna try something different.

I thought about that but I don't think I can make it work. The figure is too small. and the way the shoulder socket is, its not gnna work to well

Do what the new Iron Man figures do. The shoulder armor are held on by small bumps. The shoulder has small indentions that the bumps hold on too.
