Storyline
Rocketed from a dying world, the infinite Kal-El arrived on Earth, crashing down near a roadside in Smallville, Kansas, and was discovered by Jonathan and Martha Kent who adopted the child and raised him as their own. In his late teens Kal-El, now Clark Kent, developed incredible powers and abilities far beyond those of mortal men. With values instilled in him by his parents, Clark determined to use his powers for the betterment of mankind and for many years, protected the inhabitants of Smallville and the world at large from harm.
In his adulthood, Clark joined the staff of the Daily Planet in Metropolis as a reporter. Deciding that now was the time to make himself known, Clark dawned a colorful costume and made his first appearance as Superman and quickly became the world's greatest hero and a founding member of the Justice League of America, a team of the most powerful superheroes dedicated to protecting the world from all manner of threats.
Eventually, Superman revealed his secret identity to his long time love interest, Lois Lane and the two were soon married afterwards.
