Ok. First I want to state that this is just a toy figure. It does not represent my views or beliefs. I have an extreme amount of intrepidness about even posting this figure. But anyway. I apoxied some boot tops. The tie, buttons and buckle are apoxie. The head flames were removed (not real easy). Apoxied eyeballs and eyebrows. The iron cross and arm band are apoxie. Ther are "SS" ligtning bolts on the collar. They were just small bendable metal pieces glued on with idb gel resin. The coat is from a movie edition Nightcrawler. The cane is a wood dowel with a Mcfarlane skull. The cane skull has ruby eyes. The cigerette is a packaging twist tie, one of the thicker ones, with the tip stripped. The hat is apoxie with a real chain. I wraped the figures head with saran wrap to make the hat. I use "Hard as Nails" nail polish to make shiney leather parts on an otherwise flat finish figure.
