This guy was fun to make. Started with a Marvel Legends Silver surfer fig and re-painted him all white. Sculpted his head, chest emblem and belt. The rings on his forearms and calves were carved with a razor knife. The cape is from ML Dr. Doom. And he was finished long before Toy Biz announced they were making an amazing version of this character in thier Legends line.....I think they are spying on me!!!
The hood from the new Azrael would work too!
