First of all I cut off his hair and replaced it with some random bat ears. Then I repainted his head to look like a mask. All I then did was repaint the bizarro suit into the batzarro suit. I used codex gray mixed with some white acrylic and black acrilic for the black areas. the arm spikes are from a batgirl figure and so is the belt. Finally I cut the cape spiky at the bottom like batman.
