After reading Captain America Vol.5 Issues #1-20, I was inspired to create a Winter Soldier figure. Looking for a base fig is a tough one, I'm happy I didn't made a mistake choosing ML6 Punisher as my base figure. I also used Face Off Red Skulls boots. and everything was sculpted from the hair, body, & accessories.
