Cosmic here is from the Legion of Super Heros. He was made from a Green Lantern and a Longshot head. I gave LS a haircut then a David Boreanez boy band front flip!

Base is made from an X Men base with a Marvel Legends flight stand! The energy is from Superman Blue.
