Quasar's quantum bands, the top of her boots and the hood resting around her shoulders are sculpted with miliput. I also changed her hair a little on the left side. The cape is super hardened papier-mache.
I used an old toothbrush to spray white paint on the inside of her cape to give it that Marvel cosmic starscape.
