Simple. Filed down the orginal Captain America collar and "A" and replaced with new plastic collar and chest hair. Replaced Cap's head with a Wolverine and painted in amry colours. Gune and belt from Cap America. Added a holster on back and dry-brushed the jacket to make it look like aged leather.
