Head: is an easy guess, Professor X - pony tail from the fodder bin with some added AS.
Body: Sentry, with mods from the fodder bin that Ryan put together.
Weapon: I think is from a LOTR figure.

Brilliant the costume looks very precise and the paintjob flawless! I've wanted to update some of the 90's X-Force figures too so consider this one pinched
