take your basic 12 inch hot toys,bbi, dragon figure get him a nice suit and tie, either from your barbie accessories (this suit in particular was from a patrick dempsey enchanted figure) or from the many sellers on a website. The head/mask was painstakingly sculpted to really give it that burlap look. I used real string around the eyes and mouth. a real noose puts the finishing touches on this gotham city fiend! enjoy
