The head and shield are the only pieces that were NOT part of the Red Tornado figure. They came from a Face-Off Captain America. The Red Tornado figure was PERFECT for this custom because it has such a basic body and comes with the boot cuffs and gloves! Nothing much done here but some paint and pop. ENJOY!
