My local comic gang wanted to start a customs group in which together we would create the most interesting and sometimes the most lamest of comic, movie, and cartoon characters that the big companies might never make or mess up in making. Hence our tag line: U.S. Customs Dept. (Where made in China is made better in USA), because almost all toys are made in China.
Well while many people dream of customizing Deadpools, Batmans, and Wolverines. I so really wanted for years now to make a custom of Rebel. Who's Rebel you ask? Well I can sum up Rebel in two words ... COWBOY IRONMAN, When I first saw this character I thought he had the most interesting costume design I'd seen in years. So now thanks to an Ironman movie, Wal*mart, and Harbro, Rebel is now a reality. For those who care to know Rebel 1st appearance was in a Rebel one-shot in 2000 during Doomsday, a month long weekly comic spread about Doctor Doom who now ruled Counter-Earth after the Marvel heroes abandoned it. Since then he appeared in Thunderbolts #51 & #52 and then he fell off the face of the Marvel Universe.
