I originally tried actual sackcloth for the mask, but it looked terrible. I sculpted the final mask with epoxy and added several layers of brown, orange and tan paint. The gas cartridge belt was made with some 1/6 smoke grenades I had laying around. Not my best work, but it isn't hard to beat Hasbro's attempts at this franchise.

It is a 1:6 scale, or 12". The base body was actually one of those "World Peacekeepers" figures that I bought just for his accessories. I needed to utilize him somehow, so here's what I came up with.
