I used a ML Nick Fury for the base. The head was sculpted from Sculpey. The straps were made from rubber bands and some of the strapping that was on the Fury figure. The armour plates are made from craft foam sheets. The gun is Nick Fury's with a Gundam forearm for the muzzle. The hood is a piece of fabric with a white trim glued on.
