Not content with how the hair turned out using Darice I went back to the drawing board on this Inhuman as I wanted a better version in time for Black Bolts' release. First off I swapped the head to the more mature looking Black Cat and extended the mask. I also built up some definition in the thighs and chest and redid her 'M' belt. I then slowly (over three days) built up the hair layer by layer using angora wool from the bottom of an old scarf. It retains shape when positioned, isn't too frizzy and is lightweight to stop her toppling. I used craft glue to retain the shape of that 80's quiff on the fringe but the rest is left loose to pose. As an added bonus I stuck some left over coat from an XMC Sabretooth figure to a stand that came with one of the YA, sprayed it black and added more angora both outside and inside splayed up. This means when she's popped onto the stand her hair seems even longer and wraps round her legs while being layered manually at the back.
