He was a major kit-bash piece with a decent amount of sculpting. The recipe is all over the place but I'm sure you get the Idea by looking at the WIP

-Head, front jacket flaps, upper boots, forarms, from box set Keneda with bike
-Forarms sliced and fused with super glue and apoxie sculpt
-leg sliced and spliced with boot tops
-Lower boots and ankles sliced from Marvel Legends face off jigsaw the spliced to Akira boot tops with apoxie sculpt
