This custom was made from a Marvel Legends Punisher and a Terminator figure. I simply cut the head from the Terminator figure, drilled a hole in the neck and attached it to the neck post of the Punisher. I then painted the whole thing.

It was a kenner Terminator figure, can't remember which one. It came with two, missile firing arms.
