He was made from a D.I.C.E. Knightrex figure. He features 10 POA plus awesome sounds in both car and dino modes, respectively.
The only mods were done to the feet to create better poseability, and the head, to fill in a gap left by the removal of a horn.

Decepticon logos(badges? shields?) were printed on Avery labels then covered in contact and sealed with nail harder.

It's Krylon Fusion Grey Hammered Finish. It comes in a spray can and can be found nestled amongst other Krylon products. It's really nice to work with, and with a TF this size, it made the job a lot easier.
