He's the brother of my other original character, Vulcan Spider-Man. He's made from LCBH Madman, and Ripclaw's shins/feet. The head is Young Avengers Patriot. The "one sided" paint job is like his energy source. The highlighted boot...Like Vulcan's left armored glove. His weapon, kind of looks like a purse...But it's not, it's a gatling gun that shoots ice bullets to freeze anything. Hope you like him.
