Hydroman was made from the torso of a Sandman figure which was conected with the waterbase from the Namor figure. I then filled in the gaps with filler. The hair is off a 2000's He-Man figure and the watery hands off a 1990's Hydroman figure, which I tooled to fit onto the Sandman's hand parts. I painted it with various Citidal paints and washes.
