Head - Superman Returns Lex Luthor
Coat - MM Joker

The head was a lex luthor figure. I was originally going to use it for the 5 in batman begins line but I just never continued the project. I then noticed that the head fit quite well with the movie masters line. the glasses were made from a piece of clear plastic and the frame painted on. the tie was from a piece I cut from the scarecrows straight jacket. hair,mustache and collar were done with fixit. thanks and don't forget to comment.
