It's another Nintendo character-- Samus Aran from the Metroid series, more specifically her rarely seen "armorless" form as introduced in Metroid: Zero Mission and known as "Zero Suit Samus" in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. What it lacks in articulation, it makes up for with fully poseable bendy sidburns, Plasma Whip, and rotating ponytail.

I don't know why but it looks kinda bland, maybe it's just the small pictures?
