I present Death Ninja. I took off Superman's head and energy bits. I then carved gashes into him. I added Skeletor's hood and filled it with Apoxie. I painted it with red and dry brushed with black. I then went back and added more gashes in the figure and hood. The sword is from Marvel legend's Ronin.
