I hated the Hydro Man we got so I decided to do my own take. I used the water accessory that came with the smc figure. The head is also from the smc figure. The torso is Marvel Legends Namor. The arms are from the smc Sandman figure. I painted the arms to make them look like soild water I don't know if they turned out ok, but I like this much better than the stagnant smc version.
